Sales Representive
AM PM Marine is looking for a motivated Boat Salesperson to represent our Regal dealership and manage brokerage sales of pre‑owned boats. This role includes daily showroom coverage on a rotating schedule between our Pasadena and Queenstown locations, assisting customers through the full buying process, coordinating sea trials, and handling post‑purchase deliveries. The position also involves attending boat shows, open houses, and Regal events as part of our sales and customer‑engagement efforts.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about boating, confident working with customers, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment. They should be organized, self‑motivated, and able to communicate clearly while building long‑term relationships. Prior sales or marine experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and a passion for the boating lifestyle are just as important.
